Worn by Brazilian Jiu Jitsu greats such as famous UFC fighter and accomplished Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, Royce Gracie, the Atama single weave is a lightweight and strong kimono (gi) that is great for hot weather training. Atama's tapered body and sleeves leave less for your opponent to grab and cut room in the shoulders for mobility. Made of 100% cotton and includes pants.

WASHING YOUR GI'S / KIMONOS
Wash in cold water. Line dry or if you must use a dryer, use no heat or the lowest heat setting. This will maximize the life and minimize shrinkage.
NEVER USE CHLORINE BLEACH. USE OF CHLORINE BLEACH WILL DAMAGE THE FIBERS AND REDUCE THE LIFE OF YOUR GI.

Its a great Gi for Beginners, Basically this is all you need for jiu jitsu

Do not dry your Gi in a dryer,ever they will shrink and be too short

This is a good intro gi, a little on the pricey side but works well for the begginer, but the single weave will not stand up to heavy grappling.

Its a durable Gi. I think it works decent, its a single weave, so if your doin some heavy grappling, you may want to ypgrade. Looks good and works for general needs.

Nice beginner's Gi.  Nothing too fancy, but gets the job done.  It's held up nicely for me over the past year, and hope to see a lot more wear from it.  I am a big fan of Atama products overall.
