Fits really well, had to trim it down a bit when I first got it but other then that it breathes well

this is good for the price. basic protection and the whole concussion thing is a plus. slightly big when its in your mouth. but the breating holes is cool

it not that easy to keep the breathing chamber open, but if you do it right, its turns out to be a pretty good mouthguard

Hard to keep the breathing chamber open

I've had 2 of these mouthguards and I've not been really impressed with them. I boil them like it says and the breathing hole breaks down every time I try to fit this particular guard. Not sure if it is how hard I'm biting down or what. I got one of them to somewhat work and it is a task to keep it in my mouth while sparring. I am now using a Shock doctor, and it is a tight fitting mouthgaurd and it stays in while sparring
