These are really good because they not only protect your teeth, they harness them so you cant move it!

For light contact and an emergency mouth guard it works. But, if you like comfort, and your teeth. I suggest going for the better fitting higher end ones, like Shock Doctor.

What i like about this mouth guard is that you don't get that annoying plastic taste in your mouth like Ive gotten with other mouth guards. Really worth the 15 dollars id say.
