Been training in the LoPro+ for a few weeks now. I can tell you that if you bite down hard enough you can pack a wallop behind your heymakers. I even use it on POWERLIFTING days at the gym. You will NEVER bite threw this thing. But sparring leaves something to be wanted... Maybe its the shape of my mouth but the low part of the LoPro+ leaves my lips bloody even after light sparring. I just ordered the fuller Pro+ to see if I can get past that.

Good for a double mouthguard

I've always went with double mouthguards because of their safety issues. Brain Pad guards are great and simple to use with the usual boil method. They're not restrictive and allow me to breath just fine. Talking is another issue.

I like single mouth guards like the shock doctors. When you are rolling and get a little gased I don't having the double mouth guard in.

its a simple mouthguard but it does what its there for and thats protecting your mouth....it works, good price, the expensive once are not that much better.
