Not My Favorite Design February 5, 2011

A Little too small and only lives up to its potential if you freeze it overnight.  Unless you have some aversion to using a larger one pass on this.  Will get the job done though if prepared correctly.

So today I was practicing Muay Thai with my friend at our gym and he gave me a pretty nasty welt. Well, my coach just bought one of these End Swells and its really a cool invention. I just held it on my cheek and it felt better after a few minutes. A really neat alternative to a bag of ice.

If you are a coach of any contact sport you need one of these. The point of the new design is that you can put water in it and frezze it the night before and it stays froze and colder then the old style one that way you dont have to worry about keeping it in ice. If your doing coaching in Muay Ti, Boxing, or MMA this is exspecially a must have.

I'm not really a huge fan of the design for this end swell.  The smaller surface area makes it difficult to cover larger bruises or swelling, especially under the eyes.
