I use this product everyday I train. I use them for the heavy bag and for sparing. They look good and work just as well. They are just the right size and the double strap makes a firm fit on your wrist. I highly recomend them.

I was using these gloves on a heavy bag and I had to stop fairly early due to the pain in my wrists. They are also hard to pummel with because of the padding on the knuckles.

These are pretty good gloves, but can be very rough on the side taking them in. The padding is pretty tough and can hurt quite a bit when hit with them. The biggest thing against these gloves are also its strength. They are very nice on your knuckles.
Although they feel good on your hand, I would look into a glove that is better to raceive a punch from.

These are the best mma sparring gloves out there. everyone at my gym has these. good enough padding to box, but small enough to work your submissions and ground game. a little wear and tear but its all good.
