Normally I would have been really skeptical about this product, but it actually works. It is different from an Icy-Hot type of product because it feels like it penetrates the muscle instead of just being topical. A good purchase for those who get banged up while training.

Smells really nice and I always use it on my leg that cramps heaps, takes away some of the pain.

Also good on aching calfs after a big run.

The Island rain smells less fruity than the lavender cryogel. It really helps with muscle pain after a hard day of training. Skip the mess of gel with the roll on,
