This gel works wonders! My trainer put this on my knee and it kept the swelling down. I love the natural cooling sensation, and it smells good (unlike most products).


Theres a natural cooling sensation with the cryogel, that works really well in keeping any type of swelling down.

My coach gave me a tube of this for my shin pain and i can safely say that this stuff actually works. At first i thought this was some lame gel that promises to soothe pain then does nothing but it actually works!!
