This stuff is great, like others have said its in the same realm as tiger balm and icy hot, but it doesnt smell as funky as others, and it is not greasy which to me is a big plus. It is more expensive than other products, but it is worth it.

This product is ok. Good points:
-offers pain relief
-smells good
-isn't greasy

Bad points:
-pain relief doesn't last very long
-more expensive than tiger balm (which is more effective in my opinion, but smells awful)

 I think it's worth the money if you ache and have to go back to work after training and don't want to smell weird.
