This a great product. The Cryogel Tube - Original Menthol, I believe works better than the other Cryogel Tubes. In my opinion the menthol just gives faster relief to soars.

Like Chris Rock said, put some 'Tussin on it.  This stuff is awesome!  Aches and pains that come from training are no match for this stuff.  Smells alright too.  Pick some up and you'll be able to recover and train harder.

I use this not only for martial arts, but I also use it whenever i am aching, such as after yard work. I like the fact that the smell isn't too strong. The icy feeling is cool. It really relieves the pain and you get the feeling of an ice pack without an icepack!
