I really like these compression shorts. They seem really durable and offer good support without feeling too tight or restrictive. I would like a cup holder like the Shock Doctor set, but these fit better than those.

wearing normal jox/underwear under muay thai shorts isnt great, these compression shorts are PERFECT for feel, durability and allow your shorts to move freely without sticking.

I like to keep these dirty boxers clean, because they are one my new favorite compression shorts.  Only better for me are the Jacos, but they are much more expensive.  Try these Dirtys, can't be beat for the price.  Very comfortable and no issues during grappling.
