These wraps are good if you are just starting out. i do not know why they are calling them Mexican style since they definitely are not, this is a heavier fabric than mexican wraps. These lasted me for a few years before finally having the thumb loop tear off. I would recomend a different brand like Woldorf even if you want something better, but this is not bad for a first handwrap purchase.

these are good handwraps. they arent like the true meican style ones that stretch a lot, but they do the job. make sure you get the longer ones(180) so y ou can protect all your knuckles, wrist, and have a good amount left over for extra protection where ned be. these wraps drie out by themsleves quick, and they stretch a lil bit after use. the only downside is that the loop may rip if it catches with the sticky velcro.

i've had the same pair of everlast hand wraps for a long long time now, and they always hold up, easy to wash, and don't wear down fast. 180 inches is a lot of wrap, but its gives great protection, definitely preferred over the 108 inch wraps

Although these wraps are the elastic "Mexican style", I found that they are still sturdier than other brands, which turned out to be quite useful when I washed a bunch of them (less knots), and when I wraped my hands (easier to judge how tight you wrap them).

You'll Never Go Back to Shorter Wraps!

These wraps are wonderful!
The extra 60 inches compared to 120" wraps really allows you to thoroughly secure your hands and each knuckle. You can even fold them over and form a pad over your knuckles and still have enough length to properly wrap your hands.
Once you try 180"s, you'll never go back to anything shorter.
