Everlast really is the standard for all boxing gear. I have used this style Everlast speed bag and platform at vertually every gym I've ever trained at.

The platform will always outlast the bag but, that's expected with heavy use. But even with that as long as you don't abuse you gear this bag should give at least a year of quickness and timing training.

Suprisingly good CARDIO.
