This DVD has a decent workout for if you cant make it to a gym of if youre just starting out. Not for serious training, but OK for basics.

Ive checked out this DVD from my library many times. This is a great aerobic trainer for beginners even though it may say advanced and while Michael Oladije Jr. was a great boxer, he doesnt exactly demonstrate his prowess in this DVD. I would recommend this DVD for the price and because it can add to a boring rest day.
