it was ok, it gave the most basic instructions for a beginner, but nothing I didnt know already, finding a trainer maybe more expensive, but is worth more than this

okay my friend bought this and we decided to do it together. i was at his house and this dvd was not that good. Yes, it's a good work out, but because of the camera angles, it was hard for me to understand and see the techniques clearly. This is good cardio though

It is not the best DVD when it comes how easy it is to learn but it is a very hard workout

When I first started boxing someone gave me that dvd, it helped me practice the basics taht I learned at the gym. While it won't replace a trainer it's always useful as a tool to complement your training if you're a beginner.

Its good if you want to workout on your off days and still practice your techniques. Of course you cant supliment this for proper training in a gym but its still fun and gets you going through your bread and butter techniques. Good stuff.
