This beats the hell out of stacking weights or sand weighted bag attachments.  It's easy to fill and even easier to drain so it can be taken anywhere that heavy bag work is necessary.  I noticed a little sliding with Thai kicks though..

Unlike sandbags, dumbells, weight plates and everything else that I have used in the past to hold my bags in place. Everlast is available on the economy here and at the PX; but FW has the best prices, wish I had known this sooner.

its great for people who have heavy bags in basements and dont want to drill holes in the ground to secure it. for 20 bucks its worth the money. fill it up and have at your heavy bag, very stable.
