Very good training tool, Lifestyle Fitness has two of these and I recommend it if you want to get some SPEED and REACTION training in. I am decent at it but the flow of it is very good and they have had these same ones at the gym for over 8 months with no noticeable wear and tear.

This comes in Black, not red as pictured, It's one of the best ways to sharpen your handspeed and is made to last, make sure you have at least a 8ft roof to mount it to

This little bag is far under looked in mma training

It rebounds quick and sharpens your quick reflex striking, this is a great deal on this, It feels like leather even though its synthetic (vinyl), this is a must have ever more-so than a speedbag
