This mouthguard is cheap, uncomfortable, and doesn't feel as if it's protecting well. It's also hard to breathe in and makes it so you have to have your mouth hanging open in order to do so.

this mouth piece was ok but during warm ups it was very difficult to breath and saliva kept coming out through the hole in the middle

This mouthpiece is more painful than anything! It's so uncomfortable, and doesn't mold to your teeth.

I was in a big need for a mouthpiece, so I picked this up. If you want a piece that makes it harder for you to do what you need to do, pick this baby up. It actually hurts alot and doesnt fit very well. It digs into your gums/cheek and disrupts your breathing. I would look into the Shock doctor pieces, you wont be nearly as mad getting one.
