i tried boiling mine like the instructions said to and it left it deformed and screwed up.  i recommend that if you buy this product, dont try to form it.

I think this was my first mouth piece, and everyone under me is right. It is very cheap and does not mold to teeth at all.

I dont understand the point of the removable part on it, obviously u will never use that because You would hope you will want to breath.

If you find it somewhere for a $1, its a good find. Anything over do not waste your time

Not only did it take me almost 30 minutes to get a sub par fit but training with it was really uncomfortable. You're better off with a shock doctor.

I was in a big need for a mouthpiece, so I picked this up. If you want a piece that makes it harder for you to do what you need to do, pick this baby up. It actually hurts alot and doesnt fit very well. It digs into your gums/cheek and disrupts your breathing. I would look into the Shock doctor pieces, you wont be nearly as mad getting one.
