I had this mouthguard and am glad I got rid of it, it is pretty big in the mouth and gets very uncomfortable, I also had to cut part of it off due to it cutting my skin.

I purchased it because it was cheap and I had to get a mouth guard quick. However, it was hard to mold and didnt absorb damage well. Also, this is made out of cheap material. I recommend all future buyers to spend just little more money to get something better. Its for your own good/safety

Trouble with this piece

I've had trouble getting this piece to properly fit. After following the manuals 3-4 times I finally got my teeth indents in their. The price here is a cheaper than retail (I spent about $10 on mine). When rolling I did however like the hole in the middle of the mouth piece to help with breathing. There are of course better mouthpieces out there, but for the price this one is pretty good if you can manage to get the right fit in.
