Completely Adequate For Beginning Children December 29, 2010

This is a completely acceptable headgear for kids just starting out in boxing/kickboxing.  It has enough padding for light sparring and gets them used to wearing headgear.  I would stress though that adults should absolutely not wear this as it does not provide enough protection.
