I love using the speed bag and this is one that I would definitely recommend if you want to get better.  Sure you can stick with the standard one included in the set, but if you are serious about getting faster and more technical you need this one.

When you get this speed bag I would definitely tell you to upgrade to a better swivel because the standard one won't cut it.  You will find that the bag moves too fast and gets bound up on the beginner swivel.  Other than that you should be good to go.
