I have this mouthpiece in another colour and I must say it's not that great. Although it is the cheapest, I would spend more for a better one. The main problem I found was that it obstructs breathing. Something about how the mouthpiece sits in your mouth makes it hard to breathe, especially when grappling!

Honestly, you shouldnt get this. My friend got a bloody tooth while using it. Really, its not worth the price. REALLY look into some good mouthpieces. They have good ones here, why buy this one?

equipment, boil and bites are ok until you start striking for real, or if you have a rough training partner.. this guard was hard to mold to size , and the side walls fell down drastically after being heated

The fit is not great at all. Do NOT cheap out on teeth protection, you will regret it. I would spend a little more to get better protection for your mouth.
