For grappling and light sparring these are great for the price, but invest in one of Everlast's better quality mouthguards if youre looking to compete.

This mouthguard is easy to mold and use, but the protetion is very limited, so I use it for grappling only. I use it as a backup for striking in case I forget my main guard, but you get the idea. Great for grappling, but look elsewhere for better mouthguards for striking/MMA.

If you are doing bjj, judo, wrestling or other grappling arts, then this provides okay protection. Definitely not a good choice for striking arts ad the protection just isn't adequate. Despite the fact that it will suffice for grappling, it is not comfortable, so you might want to invest in something better.

That's about all you can say about these cheap boil and bites from Everlast. I picked one up on the cheap as a backup mouthguard. My advice is to spend a little more and get a better guard.
