Hold the bag with no worries October 5, 2009

I used to use a J hook to hold my heavy bag, it would always pull out from the bad swinging, this bag hanger is awesome, it allows the bag to sway and spin with no worries

I can even hang on the bag with all of my weight, no worries of it breaking this mount is strong and solid

Cheap price, and a must have

This is far better than mounting the bad direct to a stud which will eventually pull out due to the bag swaying and moving, this is a solid mount and will NOT break

Best wood beam mount out there
