These elbow pads are good at protection where is needed. Also this pad does not make you sweat as much and lets you have good mobility.

i love the deisgn on these. Plus it has saved me from a few injury-prone situations. A very good investment for anyone doing a lot of ground and pound. it doesnt slip too much either.

These are great for pad holders / those who spar alot.

My elbows were always getting hit with kicks and starting to because really sore, but when I got given a pair of these all my worries went away.

PERFECT! Also a bit ugly

Stay in place well and do what they are supposed to. Nice and thick which is good.. i dont like the design tho they are pretty ugly. Price is a little high too but over decent.
