Free shipping utilizes USPS First Class/Parcel Post shipping if available, which usually takes 5-14 business days to arrive. Free Shipping may also utilize other shipping methods. If you'd like to receive your order sooner, at checkout you can choose to upgrade your shipping to any other method (at your own expense).
Orders placed Mon-Fri by 4pm (Eastern Standard Time) will ship the same day. Orders do not ship on weekends due to postal carrier regulations. As soon as your order ships, we will notify you via e-mail. You can also
track your packages, review your orders, print invoices, and more, from
your "My Account" page at any time (click on "View My Account").
On a rare occasion, orders can be delayed past the average 14 days. Unfortunately, First Class Mail (free shipping method) does not offer tracking or insurance.
All orders are shipped with a delivery confirmation. Fighter Warehouse has a 100% success rate and has never lost a package. If your order takes longer than 14 days to deliver, contact customer service at Info@FighterWarehouse.com, and we will have USPS issue a tracer on the package. Tracers take an average of 24-48 hours to receive. Delayed packages are often due to customs, or partial shipping addresses, so do not forget to include your apartment or suite numbers! If you choose to use the Free Shipping option and your package is lost,
Fighter Warehouse will not be able to locate it or issue a refund!
Also, please note that orders originally shipped under "free shipping" will have their true shipping costs deducted in the case of any return, refund, or credit.
International Customers:
International customers must pay all applicable sales tax, customs entry fees, duty, VAT and/or brokerage fees which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Such fees will be an additional amount collected upon by the postal company. They are not included in the item price or shipping charges. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you refuse or return your order the international shipping charges or fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
