These are excellent mats for training but one thing i need to mention is you must tape them together. In particular when doing Jiu Jitsu or wrestling they will become unlocked from each other, so tape them up. Also like all other mats, you need to clean them after use to aviod any infections!

Great Mats!

I bought some of these mats from my gym (they downsized some) for my home training area and they are great! They are very easy to clean off and construct. However, one negative is that they tend to slip when on top of carpet. They really work well on concrete or wood floors. If you don't mind some bruises, then I would use these, but for throws, etc., I would get the thicker mats (1.625"). Altogether though, these are a great buy!
