Just got these in after a week of placing my order. Great quality and protects your hands very well. Unfortunately, it's not too good to spar with since they have no mercy for your partner. I also can confirm the slight stiffness in the beginning, but after breaking them in your all set.

I used to have those heavy padded training gloves, but the Hayabusa Pro MMA Gloves offer as much protection if not more minus the bulk. I use them when I spar at karate and they're so lightweight that you forget that you even have them on. It will take time before getting used to them due to the heavy stitching and might even hurt a bit at first, but once they mold to your hands, they are simply perfect. They are very stylish and I like the fact that your thumb isn't protected. It makes it easier to grab people, although it could be a huge disadvantage for new fighters if they don't know how to block with their hands open. Overall, they are worth every penny and Hayabusa is a great brand.

Again Ive always loved the mma gloves and their size. Really gives an edge in competition because it cuts allot of unnecessary weight deadly for jabs and hooks followed. It also gives an easy grasp for the clinch

Hayabusa's 4oz gloves are great. The dual hook-and-loop wrist support will insure they won't shift around, and the Y-shaped palm strap does it's job well. These gloves have sufficient padding, and are great for competition and pad work. I wouldn't recommend them for the heavy bag however.
