Thank you for your interest in submitting your products to Fighter Warehouse stores and FighterWarehouse.com. We are always looking for great new products to carry in our stores and will sincerely consider ALL products submitted. However, please consider that shelf space is limited, making it extremely competitive to get your products in. For this reason (and because we are bombarded with solicitations), we've created a process for selecting new apparel & gear. Of course, any brand or product that has marketing support, high margins, and/or some other benefits for carrying it, will start the selection process at a favorable position.
Apparel selection process:
To get started, please send at least one sample for each style you want to have considered. We DO NOT order from mockups (CADs, drawings, or templates)! Too often the actual product is quite different from the way it was represented in the mockups. This is also true of color swatches, so if we don't receive a sample, we will not buy it! Also keep in mind that due to our selection process, samples will not be returned, so do not send samples you need back!
Samples are received and stored for panel review. Panel meets periodically to rate each item. Products with an average score below 7 will not be picked up. The products with the highest scores are picked up first. If a product scores higher than a 7 but is not picked up, it is stored and reviewed again at the following panel meeting.
Apparel is scored on the following criteria: Design, Quality, Fit, Feel, Branding, and Demand.
Gear selection process:
If you are looking to get gear (shorts, gloves, etc) in our stores, please ensure that besides having good marketing and price points, that you have an original product as well. We receive many inquires that are simply rebranded "knock offs" without adding any element of design or function. If that is the case, please do not expect the same products ordered from the usual companies in Pakistan or China to get on our shelves if all you did was swap the logo out for yours!
For gear, at least 3 of each item must be sent. Please send them in different sizes. The selection process is very similar to the apparel selection process, except that the panel doesn't review it, fighters do. (Hence the 3 of each). Since the items are intended to be purchase for their functionality, the fighters' review is critical. The exception to the quantity of three, is for items that are typically communal, such as heavy bags.
Other requirements for carrying your product:
- Net 30/45 terms
- Unconditional, no-cost product exchange on faulty products
- Full refund and return of products that don't sell after 90 days
- Link on your website (available at FighterWarehouse.com)
- Our logo tagged in your print ads
