This bag is average for a free standing bag, but it is really only good for working technique or speed. Any power and it WILL move around no matter how much filling it has. If you are serious, do your best to get a hanging bag, even if its with a frame.

I can got a Century MMA one that is better quality and was only 100 to 200 bucks. So save your money.

I use this at my gym. It's okay just like other heavy bag stands. In my opinion a bit overpriced but it is good quality!

I train with this heavy bag at my martial arts studio. It works well but you really need to make sure the base is VERY heavy to hold the whole thing down. If you're a heavy hitter, the whole unit can slide out of place. So either fill the base up well or get someone to hold it while you train.

These are excellent if you train for MMA or Boxing. But if you want to save some money I recommend a regular punching bag. But overall a good product and durable, takes hits.
