Absolute gold mine for trainers and fighters June 20, 2009

This DVD taught me a LOT about safety in the ring when it comes to wrapping the hand, keeping things updated (skills on how to tape hands, keep fightes safe, etc), increasing my and my fighters' stamina and giving them that "one more round" factor. Excellent resource, from the veteran himself. Worth the $$.

i loved it, its very intricate on its instruction. Stitch gives great insight on technique, stamina, and fighter theory. An excellent resource for any up and coming fighter or a veteran who would just like to review the basics.

This DVD is pretty good! Who better than stich to show you how its done! This is great for any cutman in trainning or if you are cornering a fighter, and want to have an idea what your doing. He explains things very well and you can just watch it once and learn so much!

I learned a LOT about wrapping hands, doing it properly, and keeping me and my training partners' hands safe. Thi dvd taught me more about wrapping hands and the different ways to supplement with different materials than months of training did.

Excellent DVD.  It's one of those things that will cover a lot of material, some of which you might already know, but that gives invaluable hints that will dramatically increase your results.

My coach lent me this DVD because my cousin and I are students of everything MMA.  We learned so much from the DVD.  Very highly suggested purchase!

Stitch has NEVER had a fight stopped in MMA due to a cut on his fighters.

Fighters like Barnett refuse to fight without him in the corner.
