I have used a few mouth guards and this one is good, really no different from the others I have used and the other ones I have used are cheaper. I would just get something else, but if you can spare $5 which I would rather save, buy this.

I bought one of these for my nephew who wears braces, It really works great for protection, I wouldnt reccommed for hard hitting sports like boxing though, since NO mouthguard will protect braces well for direct hits, otherwise its great

I strongly urge anyone in MMA with braces to buy this product, it will save you from HUGE pain and thousands of dollars! The boil and bite process helps mold the shape of the guard to the shape of your teeth to give a snug and safe fit! Plus the guard doesnt feel out of place when in use and isnt too big.
