Fits very well. I can't understand people telling the cup move easily. Maybe a wrong size ? Best cup/supporter I've ever used by FAR ! Why are you still reading this ? Buy it !

This cup moves around alot, due to the jock strap being wide, it moves out of safe position rather easily

I wouldnt recommend these unless you have a 15$ limit, since you are basically paying for the cup and the jack strap is free (the strap is bad, the cup is decent)

Get the steel gel cup instead

Shock Doctor makes some of the best protective gear. This support and Cup combo is very comfortable, however, for jiu Jitsui and MMA I would recommend to get the Compression Shorts with Cup. When you're doing ground work the shorts keep the cup in place much better than the regular support!

I have this  of jockstrap/ cup and another SD compression shorts and cup. Like the other poster said, the compression cups really dont have much good positioning, the pocket in which the cup goes in does not position the cup where i need it to be. So i bought this jockstrap/cup combination for a try. The cup itself, I find no difference in comfort or protection. Although it should be stronger, because it is made out of better material then my blue SD one, and it has more designs. As for the jockstrap itself, it is comfortable and does not get in the way. I would recommend this product as it works and you can position it higher/lower if you wanted too. The cupitself does fog up, with little molecules though. My only complaint is that after a couple weeks of usage, the straps that connect to each other tore. I fixed this problem by sewing the straps together with numerous threading. Now it works great and use it all the time. Buy it if your looking for something cheap and comfortable.
