Usually I never wore mouth pieces when sparing and soon I found out this was a bad idea, this mouth piece was one of my first and I def liked this the most of them all.

It form fits well to your teeth but does leave your mouth a little open.

These mouthpieces are really comfortable. They feel gummy, while cushioning the jaw. They might look a little weird, but they are a a great mouthpiece for protecting that expensive grill in ya face.

this is a decent mouthguard for people who arent taking direct hits to the face, it leaves your mouth open a bit which can lead to getting knocked out, its great for non contact sports though

Most double mouthguards are too thick and pretty much suck, but this one is great, It gives good protection, isn't too thick and is low priced

Shock doctor= quality boil and bite mouthguards
