I have had worse but this is good for a boil and bite. Although after 3 hours of training and it starts to make my teeth hurt, although it i may have to just re-fit it.

Had this mouthguard before I got my dentist one formed.

It's one of the best for a boil & bite mouthguard, did make me gag a bit because it went back too far in my mouth but was easily fixed with a bit of trimming.

This is a decent mouthguard. I have had both better and worse. This one offers good protection, however it protrudes from the front a little more than ones I have tried before. Overall, this is not bad for a boil and bite, especially for the price.
