Black Sprawl Fusion Shorts with white and gray stripes. The first thing you’re going to notice about this specific short is its simplistic design. The two Sprawl logos on the front of the short are both embroidered. The flex panel is about 3 inches with another 2 to 3 inches of give, it’s very flexible, and the thigh slits are roughly 4 inches. The closure system is your typical vertical-horizontal Velcro closure. There is a channel-locked waistband with a drawstring, and there’s also a unique gripping function that prevents slippage. The back of the short has two Sprawl logos, they’re both embroidered in.

What can I say, Sprawl shorts are consistently good. They always stay on well and give good range of motion. They fit true to size and they last forever. I have these and the Jaco Resurgence, and I must say the Jaco shorts are better. But, these are definitely second in my top five of shorts.

these shorts are by far the best i have ever had. I used them for almost a year 3-5 times a week and they just stared to wear. they have a rubber waist baned so they never sliped once and dont limit mobility at all.

note: i have the sprawl fusion shorts in white with camo print on the side, but this review should be applicable to all sprawl fusion shorts regardless of the colour.

these shorts are long - similar to venums, the bottom will fall somewhere on or below your kneecap, some people like this, i prefer my fight shorts to end above the knee for less impeded movement.

the material is thicker than most mma shorts, the best way i can describe is like a 4-way stretchy *thick* sandpaper like fabric - it feels rough but also you can tell it's incredibly durable.

the velcro closure is the standard one-way belt type fastener, i'm a fan of the double closure which folds over, but that's just my personal preference.

on the inside there is a small thin strip of grippy rubber which helps ensure the shorts don't shift during sessions.

bottom line: good shorts, definitely some people will absolutely love them, for the price i feel there may be better options depending on your preferences.

Great Fit, Durable, Grade A Performance Shorts!! March 1, 2011

I was afraid 34" was going to be tight but fit perfect.  They have a stretched material on the inside leg which makes them fit really well, especially when grappling.  Also, they are a pretty light, weight wise.  Been using them for long time now and still no damage.
Only made one mistake...never bought them at FighterWarehouse, ended up paying more then I should of for shipping and it took long time to here.

You cant beat this site for shipping and prices.

Caution: they run big November 10, 2010

Ordered these in what I thought was my size and they were big when I got them. I probably should have sent them back but the draw string works well. These are good shorts that have taken a beating. After three months of regular rotation, they still are holding up well. No rips and they move well in striking and grappling. Good brand and worth the money.
