these shorts keep you mobile, comfortable, are lightweight, and easily the best fight shorts on the planet at the moment. they aren't flashy, great simple design, and they're even good for wearing out in public. the main diff between these and the V-flex is that the material is diffrerent. these shorts just improve on everything the past shorts were.

The shorts are extremely light and they don't restrict your movement whatsoever on account of both the stretch crotch panels and the split seam. The grip zones don't grip themselves ever in my opinon. I've worn them for a full day doing casual things and did not experience any problems. I do believe the only difference between the G Flex and the V Flex is the grip zone panels as well as a different fabric for the shorts. The v Flex's were extremely breathable and the G Flex's are even more so.
Highly recommended.

great shorts for training in the summer months. ultra light weight, probably the lightest shorts i own, full range of motion, and the flex design really works well.

These shorts are great, I use them for Nogi and Thai. They are made out of a breathable material that moves with you and is flexible and lightweight. The shorts fit true to size perhaps a tad on the big size. Grip panel is a nice feature.
