Wrapping hands before a fight absolutely must be done the right way.  This DVD makes it easy to follow the steps for a perfect pre-fight wrap.

Absolute gold mine for trainers and fighters June 20, 2009

This DVD taught me a LOT about safety in the ring when it comes to wrapping the hand, keeping things updated (skills on how to tape hands, keep fightes safe, etc), increasing my and my fighters' stamina and giving them that "one more round" factor. Excellent resource, from the veteran himself. Worth the $$.

i loved it, its very intricate on its instruction. Stitch gives great insight on technique, stamina, and fighter theory. An excellent resource for any up and coming fighter or a veteran who would just like to review the basics.

This DVD is pretty good! Who better than stich to show you how its done! This is great for any cutman in trainning or if you are cornering a fighter, and want to have an idea what your doing. He explains things very well and you can just watch it once and learn so much!
