Decent for hitting the bag. Gives you a better feel versus bulky more padded gloves.

These gloves are a little better for grappling because they are light and allow for better grip
I recommend the other stitch gloves with the padded thumb for bagwork because they are more padded, BUT they allow less flexibility, these are great for training just not for hitting bags

I have a pair of these, what I can say about them visually is that they look nice. The padding for knuckle area is nice and dense for hitting pads. I wouldn't suggest hitting the bag with them unless your wrists are taped up real good. The material is nice and the interior has soft padding. I dont really like the strap for it though, kind of hard to put it on tight by yourself especially when you have one of them on and I wish it was longer so it wraps around the wrist 2x. The fit for the 2nd knuckles is kind of tight especially for my ring and pinky finger on my right hand. I would end up with roughed up knuckles so I then I put tape around them. Since of the tight fit around the 2nd knuckles its kind of hard getting a good grip for subs. I dont like how its not double stitched, makes me wonder how long these would last but a price of $39.99 I would say these gloves are worth it.
