Tried these on for one Muay Thai session and it didn't work for me. My hands and wrists really took a beating even after being wrapped! I prefer Everlast!

These are good all around training gloves, padded enough bag work, but soft enough for sparring (with head gear)

I wouldnt recommend sparring without head gear with them because they are not soft spar gloves

Well made, the lining is soft, and they form a good fist unlike some thicker gloves
