This are average mitts. Theres nothing unique about this product except the 20 dollar too costly price tag. Get a Mantis from Everlast, which is sold just above this focus mitt.

I used these with my partner who is 6'4'' and 230 lbs. and they were easy to use. Usually he almost knocks targets out of my hand because he's a beginner and wildly throws punches, but these targets have a good grip! I recommend them!

These are top quality for a beginner mitt, they stay on and take punches without moving too much, they are just as nice as everlast pro mitts

These are some of the best mitts out there for the price
Provides adequate padding for the striker, but ALSO has fantastic grip for the pad holder - making it easier and more safe to use these mitts.

These are a bit better than the everlast mantis mitts because of the added wrist strap
They stay secure and have vents to help with sweat, the price reflects the quality on these, stitch gear is a new company and not many places can get these in stock
