i was not impressed with this product, too expensive and not enough quality. the punches slip right off and it doesnt feel right. dont buy these get a higher quality set

Average mitts that do have great support to keep them attached to your hands.  A little long but you get used to it.

These arent my idea of ideal focus mitts...

I do like that theyre thinner than average, but they seem way too long.   It does provide protection to the wrists, but youre less mobile.  

Once youre more comfortable and have a bit of experience, you always want smaller pads...
