These gloves are ok for training, you really cant hit hard with them because the padding is pretty hard, not padded like boxing gloves, its more dense

the wrist support is great, and they feel durable, just not that great for real sparring

I got these gloves cause they were different and I like the design. I was suprised when they fit and worked well better then other gloves like everlast training gloves
