A moderate bag to use when your pretty deep into your Muay Thai training. At first I hated it because of how rough it is, but after 4 months of training on an Everlast bag (a bit softer), I broke this one back out and I have been using it since. It's fine now since I'm more used to hitting with my shins and elbows, but its still a bit rough for a 50lb bag.

Imagine your elbows and shins getting road rash, this is what will happen everytime you hit this bag, ive wrapped mine in duct tape because it was so rough on my skin, pass on this bag unless you use weapons on it other than your body

This bag is canvas, which I use outside since I dont care about it, It tears my gloves up due to being rough canvas

You throw an knee or elbow and it will take your skin off, I recommend the TKO vinyl bag at the same price

Both cheap average heavy bags
