My favorite type of weights October 13, 2009

I love the rubberized weights, I throw them when i get angry, and they dont damage anything, plus they are quiet and the hex shape keeps them from rolling around like the round ones

You gotta have free weights to get ripped, these are very nice quality

Rubber weights with metal bars so you get a good grip but you can still toss them around without damaging stuff/the ground

These are the weights my gym uses, we also have lighter neoprene tko weights but these are the larger ones for body building

You get a good grip on them because of the stippling on the middle, and you can drop them with no floor damage, plus no loud noises from metal hitting metal

These are about as good as you can get in the free weights
