These are really great, but not personally! My gym has these but I couldn't ever afford anything like this. If you work for a gym and are looking, buy these, but if your looking personally, find something else less expensive!

I while back I trained at a gym weights from this brand. Good for working out I guess, but lighter 3lb ones seemed a bit bulky for endurance punching drills. I would recommend weighted gloves for that purpose. But overall, the quality of the equipment seemed good.

Great Set of Dumbbells April 11, 2009

This is  a great set of dumbbells. The rubberized hexagons are nice so they dont slide around and there is less to chip away if you set them down hard. It is a nice range of weights, especially for conditioning with lower weights. You could easily have a complete set for most people by buying one or two higher weights. This is a great buy.
