This thing is awesome, set it up anywhere to a quick workout that really does give you results, your own body weight is best for working out, you can use this anywhere and its cheap! Made well and wont break, this is a great deal

I started doing p90x and it requires you to get a chin up bar and this does the trick. would be nicer if it had more options for you ( side bars ) to do different types of chin ups.
