These are alright to use on the bag but I would not recommend for sparring.

These seem to be ok if you have nothing else and want to hit something, but beyond a beginner level it's better to go with something else. Very soft padding and don't feel very durable.

I saw these laying around my gym and tried them on... a few hards shots on the bag and I got the impression that the durability wasnt' all that great.
And as was said earlier, you definately don't want to spar with these.

Horrible value

These are 12 oz gloves, and are not ideal for sparring. The padding and fit is awkward, and the construction is only average.
For $30 this is really a losing purchase. The reality with TKO is that you are going to get low-end gear for more than you should have to. If this is all your budget can afford - shop around!

It is a good glove for a starter in boxing, although i dont recommend it for any andvanced fighter
