Perfect For Hang Drying Hand Wraps Too April 1, 2011

FOR SERIOUS. You can only do so many pullups a day... Use it any way you can.
Have had one of these in every apartment I have lived in since I was 20. I like to mount it somewhere where I can always see it and be reminded that its not just for luandry like my wife thinks...
Sturdy once its mounted PROPERLY...
Not so versatile once its up there.
If you workout at home a lot its a good idea to buy some heavy resistance bands like I did and work other muscle groups too.

the screw in door pull up bars are a hassle and mostly get in the way. id recommend one that hooks on the top

I did not like it at all.  Its very inconvenient to have to screw it in to the wall.  I decided to try anyways and the limited grips arent worth it.  I then got one that hooks over the door and it was way better.
