This is a really good price for this product. I've seen similar products for quite a bit more. But realistically, this is a wheel on a stick. It doesn't need to be complicated or expensive. Hell of a core workout when used properly.

okay, our gym has this and I admit that it does give your core quite a work out. However, it seems to me that doing crunches, situps, planks, etc provide even a better work out for free. Then again, I am a traditionalist and try to use minimal equipment if possible. this is good if you like using equipments though. Also, we have had this for a long time and no signs of failing anytime soon

There are so many ways to progress on this piece of equipment.
Lets first say how effective it is. Much better than regular crunches.
Once you do them from the knees, add more reps, then more sets. Then do them from standing. Add a weighted vest. Honestly, I've had my ab wheel for so long, I don't know what i'd do without it.
