These hand grips are a bit clunky for my liking, i prefer the ones contoured for your palm. The padding is nice but really it just gets in the way and I like being able to have more space to push. I recomend these but I suggest you shop around first and see if there is something better first. Either way, they will probably only last 2-3 years MAX so youll be buying a new set in no time!

Theres little resistance on these, I can do these with ease and my grip strength isn't even that great.
Probably better for someone a bit older or possibly a teen.

these grippers are great for the beginner, especially those who train in grappling (especially with the gi). If you progress beyond these, I'd suggest the Ironmind trainer and Ironmind 1 grippers.
These make a great gift for any budding mma enthusiast.

These grips are good quality and everything, but after youve trained with them for a bit they become to easy. They are nice for a little bit though, helped me latch onto peoples gi's in jiu jitsu nicely.
